Viber can also help to keep IDPs connected with their support persons and enhance personal development, acquiring new functional skills such as handling the application, using a smartphone, etc.
Viber can provide IDPs emotional well-being because it can help them to feel secure in a situation because they can be in touch with friends, family, support people etc.
It can also help to reduce the stress levels that may happen in a situation that they find unsafe, or to indicate on a map where they are if they are lost.

Relatives and professionals are quite important to teach users a correct use of the social networks: they are meant to socialize not for isolate people.
Supports needed for IDPs when using this app
Supports are needed only to initiate the use of the app and to show the different functionalities, once this is learnt the best thing to do is to practice so learning can be enhanced and users can take profit of it.
A physical support could be useful when user has difficulty in using fingers like a pointer to enhance better management.
- Profile picture can be changed by IDPs.
- Privacy settings can be adjusted individually.
- Unknown person (contact is not in address book) could send a message that could be spam, scam or possible dangerous threat to IDPs, and there is no way to prevent it.
- Contact number could be blocked only when the message is received.

Title: Matching colours!
Objective: Learn to categorisation by colour.
Participants: from 1 to 5 persons with the support of a relative and/or a professional.
Resource requirements: smartphones (1 per participant), and to create a Viber group where all participants are included. Prepare a picture of a red, blue, green and yellow object.
Description: the relative and/or the professional send a picture in the Viber group of something red (eg. A picture of a red rose) and participants have 5 minutes to find a red object in the room and take a picture of it. If they want to, they can send a picture in the Viber group or just point the finger at the red object they found and say a colour of it out loud. Do the same exercise with blue, green and yellow colour.
Time: there is no prescribed time, but you can give about 5 minutes to find an object in the room.
Support materials: you can give clues by telling a position of an object in the room.
