YOU CAN SELECT THE TYPE OF SPORT THAT YOU WANT TO PRACTICE
YOU CAN MEASURE YOUR SPEED, YOUR PACE OR THE DISTANCE THAT YOU HAVE DONE.
YOU CAN SEE THE ROUTE YOU HAVE DONE IN A MAP.

Practical Activities

WHAT DOES IT TAKE ME TO GET HOME FROM MY CENTRE?

YOU ARE READY YOUR CENTRE TO GO HOME, AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT DOES IT TAKE YOU.

LOG IN ENDOMONDO, AND USING THE FUNCTIONALITIES SHOW IN THE COURSE, WHEN YOU ARRIVE HOME CHECK WHAT’S THE DISTANCE AND HOW MANY TIME DID IT TAKE YOU.

ACTIVITY 1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ME TO ARRIVE FROM THE OCCUPATIONAL CENTER?

YOU ARE PREPARED TO LEAVE FROM YOUR OCCUPATIONAL CENTER TO YOUR HOME AND YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME YOU WILL IT TAKE YOU.

ENTER ENDOMOND, AND USING THE OPTION TO SHOW THE ROAD (RED ARROW) YOU CAN SEE THE TIME AND DISTANCE (RED CIRCLES) YOU HAVE USED WHEN YOU ARRIVE HOME. SIMPLY CLICK ON HOME ICON (GREEN ARROW) AND BEGIN YOUR ROAD TO HOME, REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARRIVE CHECK THE TIME IT HAS TAKEN YOU AND THE DISTANCE WALKED.

ACTIVITY 2.- HEALTHY ROUTE

THE PROPOSAL OF THIS ACTIVITY CONSISTS IN PREPARING A “HEALTHY ROUTE” IN YOUR CITY, STARTING FROM YOUR HOUSE, BY MAKING A CIRCULAR ROUTE, FOR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD, THE NEAR STREETS ETC.

ACTIVE IN ENDOMONDO THE OPTION TO WALK WHEN YOU START THE ROUTE.

REMEMBER TO DEACTIVATE IT AT THE END OF THE TOUR.

YOU CAN CONSULT IN ENDOMONDO OR IN YOUR MAIL ACCOUNT THE TRAVEL PERFORMED, CALORIES CONSUMED, DISTANCE, ETC.

AFTER YOU CAN PUT YOURSELF AS A GOAL: DO IT IN LESS TIME, ENLARGE THE ROUTE, MAKE IT WITH FRIENDS AND FRIENDS, ETC.

TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT:

AT THE END OF THE ACTIVITY YOU CAN COMMENT IN GROUP AND COMPARE THE RESULTS IF ALL USE ENDOMONDO.

REMEMBER: ACTIVATE THE “WALKING” OR “HIKING” OPTION ACCORDING TO YOUR INTERESTS IN ENDOMONDO.
ACTIVITY 4.- STATIC BICYCLE OR TREADMILL.

IF YOU CAN NOT LEAVE HOME FOR BAD TIME OR YOU WANT TO TRAIN IN THE GYM, YOU CAN USE ENDOMONDO BY SELECTING THE “WALK IN” OR “STATIC BICYCLE” OPTION TO EXERCISE.

YOU CAN HAVE INFORMATION ON YOUR TRAINING WHEN YOU FINISH ON THE SAME MOBILE PHONE OR ON YOUR COMPUTER BY THE EMAIL.
